1.    Grand Lisboa, Macao

Owned by Sociedade de Turismo e Diversões de Macau and designed by Hong Kong architects Dennis Lau & Ng Chun Man the Grand Lisboa stands tall at 261 metre-tall (856 ft).
The casino and restaurant had been opened on 11 February 2007, while the hotel was inaugurated in December 2007.
The casino here is the first in Macau to offer Texas hold’em poker ring games.


2.    Wall House, Groningen, Netherlands

Constructed by American architect John Hejduk is one of the famous architectures around the globe.
This architecture design has an enormous wall as its central feature comprised with four organic-formed rooms and a long, narrow corridor.


3.    Guggenheim Museum, Bilbao, Spain

The museum is a beautiful amalgamation of both modern and contemporary art designed by Canadian-American architect Frank Gehry and located in Bilbao, Basque Country Spain.
The museum was inaugurated on 18 October 1997 by King Juan Carlos I of Spain. It is one of the several museums belonging to the Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation and features permanent and visiting exhibits of works by Spanish and international artists.
It is also one of the largest museums in Spain.

The Lotus Temple located in Delhi in India is a Bahá’í House of Worship that was dedicated in December 1986.
Famous for its flower like structure it has become one of the prominent tourist actions of India.

Located in Poplar, London the Container City is the name given to two pieces of shipping container architecture.
It is basically the recycling of the standard forty-foot equivalent unit shipping containers at the end of their lifecycle.
Primarily in East London a number of buildings have been installed using this method.

 

6.    Erwin Wurm: House Attack, Vienna, Austria

Erwin Wurm: House Attack, Vienna, Austria

 
This was an art installation created in central Vienna, Austria. Erwin Wurm an Austrian artist collaborated with Musuem Moderner Kunst (MUMOK) as a publicity stunt in the form of architecture.
Completed in 2006 the house appeared to have fallen from the sky and implanted itself on the roof of the museum.
Known for his unconventional approach Wurm said that “House Attack [is] a symbol for an everyday occurrence as well as small-mindedness”

The 13 storey, 44m tall residence of the local crime lord Nikolai Petrovich Sutyagin was reported to be Russia’s tallest wooden structure.
Constructed by Mr. Sutyagin and his family over 15 years (starting in 1992) the Sutyagin House is now counted as one of the amazing architectures existing in the world.


8.    Air Force Academy Chapel, Colorado, United States

The structure completed in 1962, is the distinguishing feature of the Cadet Area.
The Construction of the structure was accomplished by Robert E. McKee, Inc., of Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Primarily controversial in its design the Cadet Chapel has become a classic and highly regarded example of modernist architecture.


9.    Solar Furnace, Odeillo, France

The world’s largest solar furnace is situated in Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via in the department of department of Pyrénées-Orientales, in south of France.
The furnace stands tall at 54 metres with a width of 48 metres. The construction had began in 1962 and completed in the year 1968 although it was a wait of two more years before it actually opened to the public.


10.    Dome House, Florida, United States

This is an abandoned house located on the Caxambas Island, south of Marco Island off of Cape Romano in the Ten Thousand Islands of Collier County, Florida.
It consists of four dome shaped modules on stilts and was constructed in 1980 by retired businessman Bob Lee abandoned in 1992 and sold to John Tosto in 2005.

Officially the National Stadium, at Beijing was designed by architects Jacques Herzog and Pierre de Meuron of Herzog & de Meuron.
The stadium was designed for the use of 2008 Summer Olympics and Paralympics and is again to be used for 2022 Winter Olympics and Paralympics.
